Service Desk The Acurity Service Desk serves an important function for the support of the Acurity system. Our new Service Desk has been separated from the Quality Assurance function to provide clients with an operational point of contact to address and manage issues, while providing efficient and cost-effective resolutions. The new Acurity Service Desk adopts the ITIL principles of service delivery, replacing the old Help Desk function. Our dedicated team is ready to provide you with the information you need about Acurity products and services. They are also available to take care of and manage your first and second-level support enquiries with greater efficiency and ease, and at the highest of standards. The Service Desk will carefully manage all enquiries from start to finish, to ensure a fast and accurate information flow directly to you. The aim of our new Service Desk is to deliver clients the quality support and customer care that you have requested through your Account Managers, at User Groups and in surveys. To ensure the Acurity Service Desk is able to deliver what you need, when you need it – our team are trained in both ASFA RG146 and ITIL Version 3. Clients will also receive monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports with information about how the Acurity Service Desk is tracking with regards to meeting your support requirements.
