The scope of work undertaken with each Acurity client includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Establishment of the Project environment
  • Establishment of the Technical environment
  • Detailed analysis of the client Business Requirements documentation
  • Documentation of the proposed Acurity Solution Design and Technical Specification
  • Sign off by the client of the Acurity Solution Design and Technical Specification
  • Configuration of Acurity according to the Technical Specification
  • Extract of data from old system
  • Loading of converted data from legacy system onto Acurity
  • Delivery of configured system to the client for User Acceptance Testing
  • Acceptance of completed solution
  • Go Live with Acurity
  • Post Implementation Support
