- Establishment of the Project environment
- Establishment of the Technical environment
- Detailed analysis of the client Business Requirements documentation
- Documentation of the proposed Acurity Solution Design and Technical Specification
- Sign off by the client of the Acurity Solution Design and Technical Specification
- Configuration of Acurity according to the Technical Specification
- Extract of data from old system
- Loading of converted data from legacy system onto Acurity
- Delivery of configured system to the client for User Acceptance Testing
- Acceptance of completed solution
- Go Live with Acurity
- Post Implementation Support
